Homework

Reading: Students are encouraged to read for at least 15 minutes every night. They should also be filling out their reading logs as well to keep track of their reading success! 

 

Math: Students will be assigned an activity sheet in their Home Links math workbook (that will be ripped out) to do at home that ties in with the lesson done in class. Students should continue to practice their basic math facts for addiction, subtraction, and multiplication. Extra practice sheets can be given at any time for all the help they need! 

 

Spelling: Students will be asked to study and complete different assignments with their new spelling words. In class, practice tests are given, as well as multiple spelling stations during the week. As the weeks go on, more or less words will be added depending on difficulty. Their spelling homework will be done in class together!
